The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Public Affairs
Sainy Mary's University
The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Public Affairs (www.ccepa.ca) provides an arena for critical thinking, public discussion and research into current ethical challenges in our society. Our platform is a collaborative one. We focus on building connections across disciplines and communities. And we partner with the major shapers of public life - government, business, NGOs and public service agencies.

CCEPA has been a partner with various organizations including CBERN Atlantic to host a myriad of business and spirituality related events including a one day ‘Values in Spirituality in Business’ Symposium in October 2010. CCEPA is also a sponsor of the Segelberg Trust Lecture Series at Dalhousie University which looks to promote debate among the areas of Theology, Public Policy and the Environment. Please visit the website to see video presentations of the lectures CCEPA has organized.

CCEPA has a mandate to carry out and support research in applied ethics.  CCEPA supports research by scholars from several Canadian universities. CCEPA currently pursues these objectives through our support of Research Fellowships. Potential applicants are invited to review Call for Proposals and applications at
