Position Purpose:
Provide a high level of service quality to Sustainalytics’ clients, through the development and delivery of responsible investment and corporate sustainability products and services; Act as the trusted advisor to responsible investors; Maintain and improve client retention and client satisfaction; Strengthen and professionalize client management; and Generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relations involving a portfolio of asset owners and asset managers; Maintain and improve client satisfaction and client retention by building strong relationships; Assist clients with drafting and implementing responsible investment policies; Identify up-selling opportunities; Support or manage the execution of client deliverables or client projects; Support the global sales team; Manage selected research tasks and client projects; Represent the company at (international) events and relevant networking groups; Contribute to product innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:
Degree in related discipline (business, finance, environment and/or social sciences); 3-5 years RI related (financial services) work experience; Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and SRI/RI market; Demonstrated passion for sustainability; Strong client servicing and commercial skills; Ability to understand and present complex products; Demonstrated success in effectively managing people and/or projects; Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail; Flexibility and adaptability; Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Remuneration:
Salary is in the range of 47,500-57,499 CAD, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
