CCGG is issuing for comment our new corporate governance guidelines titled Building High Performance Boards. These guidelines are an update to Corporate Governance Guidelines for Building High Performance Boards which were last updated in November 2005. Building High Performance Boards reflects the Coalition's current thinking on how to create high quality boards.

Comments are welcome from all who are interested in this area, including our members, directors of public companies, other industry groups, regulators and experts.

Please send your written comments by July 31, 2009 to paul_schneider@ccgg.ca. We expect to publish the final version during the fall of 2009.
