Me in Brief

I am primarily interested in the philosophical and practical foundations for business ethics. As such I am focused on studying organizational culture and specifically the role that trust plays in building an effective and ethical organization. I feel that the traditional approach to studying business ethics is too retroactive and that if we are to prevent future industry wide situations, we ought to work on proactive approaches.
