Me in Brief

Having been an executive and officer of a number of private sector corporations, I have seen the need to reconcile social responsibility with the business imperative of maximizing shareholder value. Ethical behaviour transcends adherence to the business rule prescribed by law (e.g. GAAP. SOX. etc.) and the goal is to to quantify and demonstrate business benefits that can be derived from socially responsible governance.
