Me in Brief
 Dr. Cirkovic completed her Ph.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School of York University (Toronto). Her M.A. degree is from the Political Science Department, University of Toronto. Dr. Cirkovic has published on the topics of international human rights law, transnational law, self- determination, and legal pluralism with the German Law Journal and American Indian Law Review. Most recently, she held a position as a visiting scholar at the North American Studies Program, University of Bonn.
Dr. Cirkovic's current research is in two main areas. First focuses on trans-territorial regulation of free trade and corporate governance in Canada and the European Union. Second analyzes long lasting effects of international diplomacy on the constitutional framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the concept of citizenship.
