Whether an ethics of care and consideration for individual relationships is or should be included in business ethics in regards to dealing with the ethical treatment of employees. I am a member of the Canadian Philosophy Association, The Canadian Society for the Study of Practical Ethics where I am on the executive as a Member At Large, and The Society for Business Ethics.
