Me in Brief

Interest in business ethics: With a strong interest in corporate social responsibility my work focuses on meaningful and ethical partnerships formed through stakeholder engagement. Examples include employer/employee relationships, sustainable talent management practices, and ethical response to generational, cultural and geographical diversity in organizations. Current engagement includes presentations to small business enterprises on the value of corporate social responsibility for sustainability through the consideration of society, the environment and other stakeholders. The goal is to encourage participants to consider building relevant, sustainable business models for their enterprise. The basic premise of this model is that organizations are part of systems and are also systems themselves. The global recessionary period presents moments that must be seized for organizations to have ongoing conversations about how they will emerge at the other end of the recessionary tunnel.
